How Do You Separate Dogs?
We separate dogs mostly based on temperament as well as size, after including your pup to their group of we adjust based on energy. This can lead to small dogs in big dog packs, but feel free to let us know if you prefer your dog to be in a certain sized group, regardless of energy.
Does My Dog Have To Be Neutered/Spayed?
All males older than 6 months, should be neutered to stay with us. Females older than 9 months should be spayed to stay with us.
How Does a Typical Day Look?
07:00am Potty Time + play time
08:30am Breakfast time
(each dog is fed individually inside their kennel)
09:30am Play time
12:00am Nap time
02:00pm Play time
05:00pm Dinner
06:00pm Play Time
07:00pm Bed Time (This often gets extended to 8:00, and will definitely be the case during holidays)
*Our manager will do late night checks on the dogs to make sure they are okay, and take out any puppies if necessary.
Do you Have Turf?
We have a +5,000sqft backyard with turf, to play with all our pups!
What Vaccines Do you Require?
All our dogs required to have the following vaccines: Canine Bivalent Influenza H3N8/H3N2 (1 year), Bordetella (6 months), DHLPP or Leptospirosis (1 year), Rabies (3 years). As well as for them to be on a heartworm, flea & tick treatment.
Do You Have Cameras in your facility?

We have 20 indoor and outdoor cameras throughout our facility for internal use only. Because our Manager lives on site we don't stream the content of our cameras, both for her security as well as our dogs. We know that access to cameras is a common feature for many facilities, but we feel the risk is not worth it and apologize if this bothers you.
However, if at any point you would like to review footage of your dog our manager and staff have access to our cameras and can show you whatever you would like. Additionally, we are very active on Instagram and share pictures with you through our Pawgress reports.
Can My Dogs be Lodged Together?
Yes, your dogs can be lodged together, because we have a very competitive price we do not offer discounts if dogs are lodge together.
Where Do My Dogs Sleep?
We offer 2 types of lodging for our dogs:
Standar Kennels 41"-43'' long and Suites 5x3ft
Does my Dog have to do Temperament Test Before my Reservation?
All dogs over 60 lbs, will need to do a temperament test before their stay.
The temperament test will be a free day of daycare, you can drop-off your dog starting at 7:30am and pick-up before 7:00pm.
During temperament test we get to know your pup's behavior, likes kennel/suite depending on your reservation etc.
Do You Accept all types of Dogs?
We accept all types of social dogs under 100lbs.
Males older than 10 months need to be neutered, females on heat are not able to stay with us.
Do You Have Indoor/Outdoor Areas?
We have a +5,000sqft fenced yard with turf and a +2,500sqft indoor playing area
Is Someone Always with the Dogs?
Because our manager lives on site all our dogs are under the best care. We are able to schedule 24/7 drop-off/pick-up based on her availability. Please schedule with her directly far in advance so she is able to plan out her own schedule.
How Boarding Packages work?
We offer affordable boarding packages, for all budgets.
Packages have a 3 year expiration date from purchase date, also all Holiday rates gets waved with packages.
*Packages are paid upfront of your boarding reservation, they cannot be added to your current reservation and are non-refundable.
